Over the past few days, our Primary and Secondary Schools had the pleasure of welcoming Pau Velasco and Miriam Mordoh, English teachers from the Institut Teresa Pàmies in Barcelona, who joined our school as part of an Job Shadowing Erasmus+ experience.
During their stay, the visiting teachers had the opportunity to explore our Cambridge curriculum and observe how digital technologies are meaningfully integrated into everyday teaching and learning. This professional exchange also translated into active participation in school life: Pau and Miriam joined Spanish lessons, introducing their school and educational context and engaging students in interactive language activities, games and short presentations.
Through these authentic moments of interaction with native-speaking teachers, students were able to strengthen their language skills, broaden their perspective on different European school systems and experience first-hand the value of intercultural dialogue. Initiatives like this turn international exchange into a tangible learning opportunity and contribute to the growth of a global, curious and forward-looking school community, deeply connected to the world around it.
