We are pleased to inform you that, starting this week, all key news and communications from the school will be collected in a single weekly update: the School Office Notice.
Starting from the next week the School Office Notice will be sent every Thursday afternoon and will aim to keep you regularly informed about upcoming school events, planned activities, and the outstanding achievements of our students.
To make access to information easier, you will receive an email every Thursday from the Student Office containing direct links to the published communications.
The new system will also allow you to:
- filter communications by programme and class,
- use keywords for quicker and more effective searches,
- access all relevant updates in a simple and organised way.
We would also like to clarify that urgent communications will continue to be sent to you promptly, outside of the School Office Notice, whenever necessary.
We are confident that this new approach will make school–family communication even clearer and more efficient, ensuring that you always have all essential information easily at hand.
