Come anticipato durante il nostro incontro di inizio anno<\/strong>, grazie alla nostra appartenenza a Nord Anglia Education (NAE)<\/strong>, la nostra scuola ha l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di partecipare a un\u2019ampia gamma di iniziative internazionali attraverso Global Campus<\/strong>, la piattaforma che mette in contatto gli studenti delle scuole Nord Anglia di tutto il mondo.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nell\u2019ambito di questo percorso, quest\u2019anno la nostra scuola dedicher\u00e0 particolare attenzione alle discipline STEAM<\/strong> (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics), anche grazie alla partnership tra Nord Anglia Education e MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)<\/strong>. Questa collaborazione offre ai nostri studenti l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di partecipare ad attivit\u00e0 e progetti innovativi e di sperimentare nuovi approcci all\u2019apprendimento, sviluppati in collaborazione con una delle istituzioni leader a livello mondiale nel campo della tecnologia e dell\u2019innovazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La prima MIT Challenge<\/strong> dell\u2019anno, Keeping a Secret<\/em>, \u00e8 appena iniziata. Nell\u2019ambito di questo percorso, gli studenti della Lower Secondary 1<\/strong> hanno partecipato all\u2019attivit\u00e0 Curiosity Correspondent \u201cSecret Message\u201d<\/em>, esplorando come le informazioni possano essere nascoste, rivelate e protette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ogni studente ha scritto un segreto su di s\u00e9 utilizzando dell\u2019inchiostro invisibile<\/strong>. I messaggi sono stati poi mescolati e distribuiti casualmente tra gli studenti. Seguendo una procedura precisa, i ragazzi hanno rivelato i messaggi nascosti e hanno cercato di indovinare quale compagno li avesse scritti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019attivit\u00e0 ha permesso agli studenti di riflettere su come sia possibile mantenere un\u2019informazione segreta<\/strong> e, soprattutto, sulla differenza tra nascondere semplicemente un\u2019informazione e proteggerla realmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al termine dell\u2019attivit\u00e0, gli studenti hanno completato un Exit Ticket<\/strong>, riflettendo sulla loro esperienza e su come i concetti esplorati potranno essere applicati nel corso della MIT Challenge \u201cKeeping a Secret\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un\u2019attivit\u00e0 coinvolgente che ha unito curiosit\u00e0, collaborazione e problem solving<\/strong>, avvicinando gli studenti a concetti legati alla tecnologia e alla protezione delle informazioni in modo concreto e divertente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
