“WHO ARE WE, WHO ARE WE? ROSA’”

This is the chant that accompanied us throughout the three fantastic days of the Med Cup, an exceptional tournament that children and teachers eagerly look forward to all year long.

They are intense days, full of emotions, where it’s not just about playing football, but also about sharing unique experiences.
It’s an opportunity to meet colleagues and students from international schools, from Cairo to Luxembourg, from Prague to Geneva, and for the children to make new friends.

Our school was represented by two teams: one girls’ team and one boys’ team.

Our GIRLS were simply outstanding. Throughout the entire tournament, they conceded just one goal, drawing 1–1 against Geneva and winning all the other matches.
Match after match, they improved technically, showing precise passing, great team chemistry, and a spirit built on cooperation, enthusiasm, and determination.

The final, once again against Geneva, saw them as absolute protagonists: a clear 5–0 victory, played with confidence and quality, which crowned a flawless journey.

Our BOYS fought with determination in every match. Luck was not always on their side, with shots hitting the posts and crossbars, but they never stopped believing, defending every ball and playing with great grit until the final minute.

A special recognition also goes to our award winners:

Best Player: Francesca Saccardo
Top Scorer (Champions category): Niccolò Pilotto
Top Scorer (Elite category): Vita Gambino

These awards make us immensely proud and represent the value of the hard work, commitment, and passion shown by everyone on the field.

The daily effort of these past months has paid off.

We are proud of all of you.
