Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that on Wednesday, 6th May, the Reception class, accompanied by their teachers, will go on a trip to Cartigliano to visit the Cappeller Wildlife Park.
The children will take part in a guided visit of the park and an educational workshop about animals.
Learning objectives:
- Recognise some of the animals observed and distinguish them by their characteristics
- Understand the basic needs of animals (food, water, habitat)
- Observe the differences between wild and domestic animals
Organisational details:
- Departure by bus: 9:30 a.m.
- Expected return: 3:00 p.m.
- Accompanying teachers: Ms Pauline and Ms Lizz
- Packed lunch provided by the school
We kindly ask that children bring a fairly large backpack to carry their packed lunch and a snack.
Please remember that this activity is part of the school educational outings and therefore constitutes a lesson carried out in a location outside the school.
