School Trip Rimini – Final Details 1446 834 School Office

Dear Parents,

The departure date is approaching, and we would like to provide you with the final updates and remind you of some important aspects regarding the trip:

DEPARTURE: THURSDAY, MAY 21st

Meeting point: 7:00 AM at the school parking lot.
To ensure better group management and easy recognition during travel, students are required to wear the BLUE school hoodie for the outward and return journeys only.

RETURN: FRIDAY, MAY 22nd

Arrival: Approx. 8:30 PM in Rosà.
The school will notify class representatives should there be any significant changes to the arrival time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • ORIGINAL ID CARD OR PASSPORT: (Must be the original document, not a copy).
  • HEALTH INSURANCE CARD (Tessera Sanitaria).
  • LUNCH: Provided by the school on Day 1; students are responsible for their own lunch on Day 2.
  • Please bring a small portable umbrella and a K-way (rain jacket).
  • HOTEL DEPOSIT: €15.00 per student (to be collected for the hotel).

Weather Contingency: In the event that weather conditions prevent access to San Marino Adventure, an alternative visit to the “Museo delle Illusioni” (Museum of Illusions) in San Marino will be organized.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING:

MEDICATIONS: If a student needs to take medication during the trip, please send an email to the school office by Wednesday, May 13th, to inform the accompanying teachers and authorize the student to self-administer the medication.

NIGHTTIME NEEDS: Families are kindly requested to inform the office via email by Wednesday, May 13th, regarding any specific issues that may arise during the night (e.g., anxiety, sleep difficulties, or sleepwalking). This allows the accompanying staff to provide appropriate care and ensure the students’ well-being.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

Money
Students are responsible for their own money throughout the trip, including funds for gelato or other personal expenses. We recommend keeping money in a secure place to avoid loss. We kindly ask parents not to give children more than €50.00.

Clothing
The school hoodie is required on the first day. As all tours will be conducted on foot, we recommend comfortable walking shoes, a small backpack, a K-way, and a portable umbrella. We suggest “layered” clothing to be prepared for varying weather conditions.

Hotel Behavior
Students must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior within the hotel. Students will stay in small groups in separate rooms and must be in their assigned rooms by the time agreed upon with the teachers. Teachers will check each room before lights out. In the event of misconduct, teachers reserve the right to contact parents.

General Conduct and Safety
For the safety of the group, especially in busy streets and public places, students must stay together at all times. Students must listen carefully to all instructions and must always ask for teacher permission before moving away from the group.

Teachers will have the list of parents’ phone numbers for use in case of necessity. Students are NOT permitted to bring cell phones or any other electronic devices, including iPads.

Kind regards,

Student Office
