A temporary WhatsApp group shared between parents and teachers will also be created so you can receive updates regarding the trip, including information, photos, and any other news or announcements.
Medications:
If a student needs to take medication during the trip, we kindly ask families to send an email to the school office by Wednesday, April 15, in order to inform the accompanying teachers and authorize the student to take the medication independently.
Teachers will have access to parents’ phone numbers in case of necessity.
Guidelines
Money
Students will be responsible for their own money throughout the trip for meals, snacks, and other personal expenses. Money should be kept in a safe place. Please provide amounts appropriate for these needs.
Mobile Phones
Students may use their mobile phones until approximately 9:00 p.m.; therefore, we kindly ask you to contact them before this time.
During dinner, students must put their phones on charge before handing them over to the teachers, who will return them the following morning after breakfast.
The school cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
We kindly ask parents to limit phone calls and, if necessary, make them during less busy moments, preferably while students are at the hotel (see itinerary).
All students will have their teachers’ phone numbers in case of necessity/emergency.
For privacy reasons, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to publish any content related to the school trip on social media or online.
Digital Devices
Students are allowed to bring other items such as AirPods or smartwatches; however, these devices must not be used during scheduled visits, only during free time.
Clothing and Accessories
Comfortable shoes and a small backpack are recommended, as well as a small umbrella or rain jacket.
Spring temperatures may vary, so it is advisable to bring clothing suitable for cool and rainy days as well as sunny weather.
Bringing an extra towel is also recommended.
Rules of Conduct
For safety reasons, the group must always stay together.
Students must pay attention to and understand all instructions regarding the stay and must obtain permission from teachers before leaving the group.
Appropriate and respectful behavior is required both inside the hotel and during visits.
At the hotel, students must be in their assigned rooms by the time agreed upon with teachers, who will check each room before bedtime.
Teachers will contact parents in case of inappropriate behavior.
Any damage caused by students as a result of improper conduct will be charged to the families.
We remain available for any further clarification.
Kind regards,
Student Office
