Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that on Thursday, April 9, students from classes PY2A and PY2B will take part in the sports event “Zughi nel Prà,” marking the conclusion of the Regione Veneto School & Sport Project 2025–2026, held at Parco della Pace in Vicenza.
During the morning, the children will take part in a variety of traditional games. After lunch, the classes will be guided by volunteers from WWF and Lipu through the park’s natural areas, discovering plants and animals.
Purpose of the trip:
- Encourage the rediscovery of traditional games, such as those featured in “Zughi nel Prà,” to highlight aspects of popular culture and past social life;
- Promote students’ physical and mental well-being through outdoor play and movement;
- Foster socialization, cooperation, and respect for shared rules.
Educational objectives:
- Learn to cooperate with classmates in group games;
- Compare past and present ways of playing;
- Develop observation skills and active participation.
Organizational details:
The activities will take place in a natural area; therefore, comfortable and suitable clothing is recommended. Students should also bring a water bottle.
Departure from H-IS Rosà by bus at 8:00 a.m.
Return to Rosà at 3:30 p.m.
A packed lunch will be provided by the school.
Students will be accompanied by their class teachers.
Please note that this activity is part of the school’s educational trips and is therefore considered a regular school day conducted in a different location. In case of non-participation, the absence will be recorded in the electronic register.
