Dear Parents,

The students’ departure is approaching, and we would like to share the final details while also reminding you of some important points in preparation for the trip:

DEPARTURE – WEDNESDAY, MAY 6

Departure from school at 7:30 a.m. sharp for Venice airport and check-in procedures.
For easier group management, students are asked to wear the school’s BLUE sweatshirt during both the outbound and return journeys to and from the airport, to help identify the group.

RETURN – SATURDAY, MAY 9

Departure from Venice airport after landing procedures is expected at حوالي 7:00 p.m.
Arrival in Rosà is expected at حوالي 8:30 p.m.
Teachers will inform class representatives in case of any schedule changes.

FLIGHTS – RYANAIR

Departure: 06/05 Venice (Treviso) – Valencia 11:10 – 13:35 (FR 6248)
Return: 09/05 Valencia – Venice (Treviso) 16:05 – 18:15 (FR 7266)

Includes:

  • 1 small backpack (40x30x20 cm) to be placed under the seat
  • 1 cabin trolley (max 10 kg, 55x40x20 cm)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Original ID card or passport: Students must travel with the original document used for the Ryanair booking (as communicated on March 2).
  • Health insurance card
  • A copy of ID and health card is required
  • All lunches are not included and must be paid by students
  • A €20 cash deposit per student is required for the hotel

COMMUNICATION WITH FAMILIES

  • Students’ WhatsApp group: For safety reasons, a dedicated group will be created with students and teachers to coordinate activities during the trip.
  • Parents’ WhatsApp group: A temporary group will be created with parents and teachers to share updates, information, photos, and other news during the trip.

MEDICATION

If a student needs to take medication during the trip, please email the school office by Monday, May 4, to inform the accompanying teachers and authorize the student to take the medication independently.

NIGHTTIME NEEDS

Families are kindly asked to inform the school office by email by Monday, May 4, of any issues that may arise during the night (e.g., anxiety, sleep difficulties, sleepwalking), so that staff can provide appropriate care and ensure student well-being.

Teachers will have a list of parents’ phone numbers in case of need.

GUIDELINES

Money

Students will be responsible for their own money throughout the trip (for meals, snacks, and personal expenses). Money should be kept in a safe place. Please provide an appropriate amount.

Mobile Phones

Students may use their phones until 9:00 p.m., so please contact them before this time.
During dinner, phones must be put on charge and then handed to teachers, who will return them the following morning after breakfast.
The school is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Parents are asked to limit calls and make them during less busy times, preferably while students are at the hotel.
Students will have teachers’ phone numbers for emergencies.

For privacy reasons, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to post any content related to the school trip on social media or online.

Digital Devices

Students may bring items such as AirPods or smartwatches; however, devices like iPads or personal computers are not allowed.

Clothing and Accessories

Comfortable shoes and a small backpack are recommended, along with a small umbrella or rain jacket.
Spring temperatures may vary, so students should bring clothing suitable for both cool/rainy and sunny days.
Students must dress appropriately: shirts should cover the stomach, and very short shorts or beachwear should be avoided. Flip-flops may be brought for use in the hotel.

Rules of Conduct

For safety reasons, the group must always stay together.
Students must follow all instructions and may only leave the group with teacher permission.
Respectful and appropriate behavior is required at all times, both in the hotel and during visits.
Students must be in their assigned rooms by the time agreed with teachers, who will check each room before bedtime.
Teachers will contact parents in case of inappropriate behavior.
Any damage caused by students due to misconduct will be charged to families.
